The Scientific Board of the Faculty:

• consults on proposals concerning the Faculty’s strategic plan and its accordance with the strategic plan of the University
• consults on the Faculty Annual Budget proposal
• approves changes to study programmes and forwards them through the agency of the Dean to the University Scientific Board for approval
• makes suggestions to the rector with respect to applying for the accreditation of study programmes, or with respect to applying for the extension of current accreditations of study programmes at the faculty level
• makes suggestions to the rector with respect to applying for the accreditation of the habilitation programme, or the programme to become a university professor
• plays a significant role in the habilitation programme and in the programme to become a university professor
